Bike Racks

Do you bike to work? We provide bike racks for Campus at Playa Vista tenants! Bike racks are accessible on the ground level of the Garage outside of Buildings 12015 and 12045.

EV Charging Stations

We are EV friendly! Three EV Charging Stations are available for general use on a first come, first served basis on the Lower Level of the Garage (P1) near the 12035 Waterfront building. The EV Charging stations are located in parking spaces #352, #353, & #354.

24/7 Security

Safety is our number one priority. The Campus at Playa Vista has on-site security 24/7. They can be reached at, 310-552-3700 or cell phone, 310-625-3448.

Locker Rooms

Men’s & Women’s locker rooms are located on the south side of the first floor of 12015 Waterfront Drive and are accessible with a Building Access Card.  Showers are equipped with shampoo and conditioner, soap and blow dryers.

LAN Car Wash

Car wash and detailing services are offered on-site by Pronto Car Wash, Wednesday and Friday, located on the P1 Level near 12025 Waterfront Drive on the side closest to Centinela. Contact the Parking Office or call Pronto Car Wash at 323-4817142 for more information.

Discounted Movie Tickets

Platinum SuperSaver Prepaid Admission Tickets good for all Cinemark Theaters are available for sale in the Property Management Office for $8.50 each. To purchase, call 310-862-5600 to check ticket availability and coordinate your cash or check payment.
